We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (GN) for Marc Cain Store - Knokke.
Responsibilities
* You will lead and motivate your team and ensure a positive working environment
* You will ensure that all operational processes in the store run smoothly
* You will advise and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion and look after our regular and new customers
* Your tasks will also include preparation, follow-up, and support with order
* You will monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure optimal product presentation
Qualifications
* You already have experience in selling high-quality women\'s outerwear and some initial experience as a assistant store manager (GN)
* You are customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
* You inspire others with your confident and positive attitude and high level of self-motivation
* You enthusiastically convey the Marc Cain lifestyle
* You have very good english or german language skills—additional language skills are desirable
