You will:Lead change management strategy and execution for major transformation initiatives (e.G., ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations).Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across client organizations.Shape, sell, and deliver consulting engagements with a strong focus on people and change enablement.Define the change roadmap, stakeholder engagement strategy, communication plans, and capability-building approaches.Manage cross-functional teams and coach junior consultants to grow their expertise.Drive business development, define go-to-market strategies, and contribute to practice growth in the BeLux region.Collaborate with CHROs and other senior leaders to shape the people agenda.Contribute to thought leadership, events, recruiting, and internal capability development.Your BackgroundWe’re looking for someone with strong consulting experience in organizational change management, particularly in large, complex environments.You bring:6–8+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong focus on Change Management.A proven track record of leading change efforts in at least two of the following areas:Change Management – Designing and executing change strategies to support business transformation, enhance adoption, and drive sustainable behavioral change.Organizational Transformation – Leading end-to-end organization transformation initiatives, ideally enabled by platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other enterprise technologies.Organizational Design / GBS (Global Business Services) – Shaping and implementing new organizational structures and service delivery models to drive efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.Talent Management and Leadership Development – Developing strategies and programs for upskilling, succession planning, and cultivating high-impact leadership capabilities.Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage teams of consultants.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Fluency in French or Dutch and English.Willingness to travel when needed.Why Join Us?At Accenture, you’ll join a diverse, collaborative, and innovative team that’s shaping the future of work.
