Part 1: you will lead the complete implementation of new warehouse operations, working closely with cross-functional teams. More in detail you will

Coordinate internal teams responsible for executing critical tasks such as WMS configuration, warehouse setup, training, and more.

Maintain control over scope, budget, and timelines to ensure a smooth and successful go-live for both the organization and the Customer, while meeting expected KPIs and profitability targets.

Drive continuous improvement by managing the lessons-learned process across operational and financial domains.
Part 2: you collaborate with the team on RFI/RFP/RFQ processes to create compelling, cost-effective solutions aligned with client expectations. More in detail you will

Analyze logistics and operational data to identify key requirements.

Design and optimize warehouse processes and evaluate automation options.
*
Develop tailored warehouse layouts to fit specific customer needs.

Calculate detailed pricing structures.

Create clear, professional, and persuasive proposal documents.

Actively support the Business Development team during customer negotiations.
As Project Manager Warehousing you have/are (a)
* Strong track record in logistics/warehouse operations
* Able & willing to travel abroad is a (period of 1-3 months maximum for 1 year for implementation, 1 or 2 weeks in preparation phase if applicable) > for a long period you are allowed to come home by agreement
* Solid analytical skills
* People oriented & customer focused
* Able to cope with short deadlines
* Fluent in languages: English is a must, French and Dutch are a plus
