About the Role:
This role involves creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural projects. You will work closely with design teams, project architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of BIM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage Building Information Models (BIM): Create accurate and up-to-date models for architectural projects.
* Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Maintain efficient BIM processes: Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Degree in Applied Architecture or related field: A degree in architecture or a related field is essential for this role.
* Professional experience in architectural firm: At least 3 years of experience in an architectural firm is required.
* Proven experience working on large-scale projects: A track record of successfully working on complex projects is necessary.
* Proficiency in Revit: Strong proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.
* Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud: Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud is beneficial.
* Knowledge of Solibri, Navisworks, or Dynamo: Familiarity with these tools is a bonus.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
