Your deep industry experience and supply chain insights influence the design of our high‑quality supply chain solutions for our customers. You also guide our consultants and solution architects throughout the entire project. /p h3You Are Responsible For /h3 ul liApplying your industry solution knowledge to drive the technical of our projects in close collaboration with the project’s solution architect. /li liGuiding the project team throughout the entire project life cycle. /li liConducting design sessions with the customer to understand their planning challenges and to map them with the industry solution. /li liProviding expert support during the implementation phase, from start to finish, based on your advanced industry solution knowledge. This is done together with the customer’s project team. /li liSupporting the industry solution and product development teams by gathering ideas from customer implementation projects. /li liLeading senior consultants and working closely with project managers to guard scope, budgets, timelines, etc. /li liBuilding customer relationships and adding consistent value. /li liAdvising and educating customers on best practices. /li /ul pAlthough you’ll be visiting customers regularly (about 20% of your time), you won’t be outsourced. The Industry team realizes the targets and strategies set in the industry business plans together with the Commercial and Delivery teams.
