About the CompanyGolden Prosperity Printing & Packaging Technology Co., Ltd.The Company is mainly a children's book and packaging design, manufacturing and sales enterprise. It has established manufacturing bases in Huizhou City and Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, China. It has established sales companies or offices in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Hong Kong, and London, In the future, it plans to set up sales offices in more countries in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.The company is currently making great efforts to develop its children's book and packaging ODM and OBM business. It needs to recruit experienced sales managers/ directors from the printing industry. We have a well-developed incentive system, and we can diversify our cooperation methods, such as salary and commission, and implement a sales partnership to distribute net profits. As long as you have strong capabilities and resources, everything is possible.About the RoleThe role involves developing and executing personal sales plans to achieve company sales targets while expanding the client pool through various channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute personal sales plans to ensure the achievement of company sales targets.Expand the company’s client pool through online and offline channels, including self-developed new clients and existing client base.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and foster long-term partnerships.Adhere to company sales processes to ensure smooth execution of all sales activities (e.g., quotation, sample production, client visits, contract signing, order confirmation).Monitor order execution, coordinate with customer service, production, warehousing, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.Track and follow up on sales payments to ensure timely collection of receivables.Maintain relationships with new and existing clients through daily communication and post-sales support.For large or complex projects, act as the project manager to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.QualificationsProficient in spoken English (as a working language) for seamless communication with international clients.Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for majors in Marketing (flexible for candidates with exceptional experience and qualifications).Minimum 3 years of experience in foreign trade within the printing and packaging or books industry; candidates with established client relationships and resources are preferred.Required SkillsStrong client development skills, including sales acumen, communication, negotiation, interpersonal abilities, and analytical judgment.Proficient in computer skills and common office software (e.g., MS Office).Resilient, self-disciplined, and responsible with strong work ethics.Must be proactive, passionate, and able to thrive under pressure.Outgoing personality with quick thinking, strong presentation skills, and approach ability.Preferred SkillsChinese students studying abroad:Graduates from overseas universities who will complete their studies in 2025 or have graduated within the past 3 years (with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, English, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields) may also be considered.Candidates with foreign trade development experience are prioritized.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.Company website: https://en.gp-group.com.cn/index.html
