What you will do
As Service Engineer, you will:
1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment at Customer Site
2. Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant
3. Preparing quality reports in a timely manner: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports etc
4. Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems.
5. Drive Issue Resolution, by communicating with customers and internally within the company.
6. Expected travelling of more than 80% within Benelux and France (and occasionally other EU countries).
We believe you have
7. Technical education in mechanical engineering with basic electrical skills
8. 3 to 5 years’ experience of industrial installations, maintenance and/or service work
9. Enthusiastic, service oriented and flexible team player
10. No nonsense attitude, able to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfaction
11. English knowledge in word and writing (French or Dutch will be valued)
12. Computer skills (MS Office skills)
13. Compliance with all safety regulations
14. Experience in food processing is a plus (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food)
15. Great problem-solving skills
16. It is a big plus if you know our Packaging equipment (Filling machines & Distribution equipment)
17. Knowledge in PLC and HMI is an added advantage
18. Class B driver's license
