The role ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth across the groupwide Ardo organisation. This person will lead enterprise technology initiatives, including SAP transformations, infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, data governance, data analytics and the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). The role is accountable for strengthening the organisation’s digital capabilities, safeguarding information assets, and ensuring compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements. In addition, the Group IT Director drives the evolution of the IT operating model, builds high‑performing teams, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. The position acts as a strategic partner to business leadership by translating business needs into technology‑enabled solutions that create measurable value. /p pThe Group IT Director drives the modernisation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s ERP landscape, infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, data management, and digital platforms. In addition, the role evaluates and leverages opportunities related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, decision‑making, and business innovation. Ensuring a strong cybersecurity posture, information security governance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance across the group are key responsibilities. /p pThe Group IT Director defines and executes the global IT and digital transformation strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives, growth ambitions, and operational priorities. Working closely with the TMO team, the role oversees the governance and delivery of international IT programs and enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives across multiple business units and locations. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the Group IT Director translates business needs into technology‑driven solutions that enable organisational change, sustainable growth, and measurable business value. /p pThe position is also responsible for developing and implementing a future‑oriented IT target operating model that supports scalability, standardisation, agility, and business enablement.
