- Role within the Digital Workplacedepartment, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot/Agentic AI projects- Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities/features in theMicrosoft Product Portfolio- Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops, and documentsfindings- Works closely with business stakeholders, change management, and technicalteams to support innovation and product launches Typical Day Dailystand -up meetings with a cross -functional team (architects, product owners,team leads, developers, operations)- Product review, roadmap definition, rollout, and sprint planning- Definition and prioritization of requirements, user story design- Product release management and feedback collection from customers/businessstakeholders- Meetings with change management team to prepare training and content for endusers- Validation and qualification activities- Documentation and knowledge sharing Requirements Minimum2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules(SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
