Who we're looking for
While we're currently not hiring for one specific role — we're building out our product development capability across several areas. Depending on your profile, you might fit in as:
Project manager
Driving products from brief to launch across multidisciplinary teams
Hardware or software engineer
Designing and developing the technology inside our products
Test & validation specialist
Making sure nothing ships until it's right
What you'll work on
Bringing new products to life — from concept through to market launch
Keeping existing solutions sharp across their full lifecycle
Translating customer, market, and regulatory requirements into real development decisions
Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain
Contributing to planning, risk management, and continuous improvemen
Profile
What ties these profiles together: a technical degree (bachelor's or master's), experience in product development or R&D, and a pragmatic, no-nonsense mindset. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and know how to get things done in a multidisciplinary environment.
