Today, we're looking for a Documentation & Packaging Data Specialist to join a dynamic secondary packaging industrialization team in the Brabant wallon area. Your Responsibilities
As the future new Packaging Specialist, you will:
* Implement documentation changes requested by industrialization experts, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step
* Manage full documentation review and approval cycles in a validated document management system (Veeva Vault)
* Consolidate, analyse and address reviewers' comments from multiple internal and international stakeholders
* Ensure alignment of all documentation with applicable SOPs and quality standards
* Coordinate across packaging, regulatory, quality and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines
* Support the implementation and maintenance of packaging data linked to sustainability and environmental requirements.
Your Profile
* You are fluent in English, written and spoken — all documentation and communications are handled in English
* You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in a structured, multi-stakeholder environment
* With strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several documents and workflows in parallel and analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
* You feel comfortable navigating complex environments and challenging inputs constructively
* You understand GMP principles is strongly recommended
* You are experienced with Veeva Vault and/or a background in the pharmaceutical industry is a genuine asset
* French language skills are a plus
