Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities In concrete terms, the tasks include: Modelling the business processes and guiding the business in redesigning their processes. Identifying business needs and translating these into supported business requirements in the form of epics/features/user stories. Business challenges related to needs and to-be processes. Developing the necessary business information models: these describe the information needed to meet the various requirements (e.G., interfaces, screens, reports, migration, etc.). Coordinating and validating requirements between/by the business and IT. Validating the functional analysis of IT. After implementation of a tool: testing and validating the releases, including support in UAT. Play an active role in the change, including developing training materials and delivering training (to end users), in accordance with existing change management methodology and supported by the change management toolkit. Supporting the business in using IT tools during post-implementation. Additional requirements: Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience. At least 10 years of relevant experience as a business analyst in identifying needs, developing business requirements, and developing business processes. You possess strong analytical skills and a sufficiently critical mindset. You're not afraid to challenge others. Good communication skills, both spoken and written. You work independently and as part of a team. You are able to build consensus and convince various stakeholders. Skilled in planning and organization. A large dose of customer focus and flexibility. Knowledge of BPMN2.0 and UML Class diagram. Experience with using EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira & DevOps tools is a plus. Experience in the electricity sector is an added value. Experience with asset reference systems is a plus. Experience with GIS technology. A good knowledge of English is required (reading and writing). A very good knowledge of Dutch or French is required (speaking, reading, and writing), and you must be able to understand the other National language.
