Robert Half is searching for one of our clients in the medical sector for a Customer Service Representative (M/F/X) focused on the Italian market.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) permanent position with an international leader based in Zaventem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete order-to-delivery flow, providing best-in-class customer support to clients in the Italian market
* Handle both inbound and outbound communications to resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the system
* Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to guarantee seamless order processing
* Provide ongoing status updates to customers, proactively follow up on pending orders, and track delivery timelines
* Suggest solutions for any service delivery concerns or process improvements
Your Profile:
* Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
* Additional knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
* Previous experience in a customer service/order management role is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reside in Belgium and able to commute easily to Zaventem
* Proactive attitude, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset
* Competence with MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
