What you'll be doing
* Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
* Develop data pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing
* Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights
* Create and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses
* Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports
* Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy and scalability
* Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability
* Contribute to the development of the company's data strategy and best practices
Skills & qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a data science or related role
* Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
* Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
* Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
* Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail
* Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English
