Who we are looking for
* Several years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant and min. 2 full‑cycle implementations
* Broad SAP knowledge and strong understanding of system integration
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient SAP solutions
* Manage and mentor junior and medior consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge development
* Based in Belgium with excellent English and Dutch skills
Your responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, managing all phases from planning to go-live
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and design solution architecture
* Configure and optimize SAP modules, providing guidance on best practices and system integration
* Mentor junior and medior consultants to ensure quality delivery and knowledge development
* Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Facilitate key user trainings, workshops, and change management activities
* Support pre‑sales activities and ensure documentation, compliance, and governance standards
