We are looking for a driven and analytical Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our utility installations and maintenance processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and RCM)Ensure continuity and quality of maintenance processesIdentify and implement performance improvements for utility systemsDefine and manage critical spare parts listsSupport Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following equipment breakdownsAct as owner and executor of Management of Change (MOC) processesServe as the technical point of contact for installation modifications and renewalsContribute to tender processes and supplier selection for maintenance servicesDocument technical standards and continuously improve work processesCollaborate closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement
Your ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Energy Technology, or equivalentProven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environmentStrong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, xphnsxz water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers)Experience with RCM, RCA, and performance management methodologiesAnalytical mindset with a results-driven approachProactive, structured, and detail-orientedStrong communication and collaboration skills
Language RequirementsFluent in Dutch (working language on-site)Good command of English (reporting and international communication)
