👇Responsibility
The Alliance Manager plays a key role in coordinating internal activities between global/regional headquarters and European country affiliates to ensure the successful execution of alliance and partnership agreements. The role focuses on information flow, strategic alignment, and operational readiness across EU markets, ensuring that affiliates have the guidance and clarity needed to meet partnership commitments. This position helps drive consistent implementation of alliance objectives throughout Europe while monitoring local needs, risks, and performance.
🕵️Requirements and personal skill
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
* Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD) preferred but not required.
Experience
* 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* Demonstrated experience managing projects or coordinating activities across multiple EU countries is required.
* Experience in roles involving internal coordination, project management, affiliate support, commercial operations, or medical operations.
* Understanding of the dynamics between global/regional and European country organizations.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort working across diverse European markets.
* Solid project management, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, multicultural environment.
* Analytical skills to track country performance and interpret data trends.
* Cultural awareness and adaptability to various European working styles and regulatory landscapes.
* Proficiency in English required; additional European languages are an asset.

* Ability to synthesize country insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
