Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store & Experience Associate to join our team in Madrid. This role combines hospitality, storytelling, and retail service. You will be the face of Kaicao for visitors, guiding them through our story, products, and cacao experiences while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Experience & Store
* Welcome and engage customers in the Kaicao store.
* Explain our products (date-sweetened chocolates, cacao drinks, ceremonial cacao, spreads, etc.) and their health benefits.
* Manage retail sales: POS, restocking, merchandising, and product presentation.
* Tours & Experiences
* Lead bean-to-bar factory tours, cacao tastings, and ceremonial cacao sessions.
* Share the Kaicao story — our sourcing, health focus, and craftsmanship — in an inspiring and educational way.
* Guide groups (tourists, schools, corporate teams) with energy and professionalism.
* Operations & Support
* Assist with set-up and service for workshops, team-building, and private events.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and experience spaces.
* Support store operations including stock counts, replenishment, and sample preparation.
Skills & Requirements
* Background in hospitality, retail, or guiding (experience in specialty coffee, chocolate, or wellness a plus).
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
* Fluent in Spanish & English (other languages are a plus, especially Italian, French or German).
* Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food.
* Positive, energetic, and reliable team player.
