The RoleYou will act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, playing a key role in understanding, prioritizing, and formalizing business requirements.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:Understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements while ensuring alignment with overall objectivesWriting clear and well-structured user stories and functional specificationsEnsuring that proposed solutions optimally address the expressed needsWorking closely with all stakeholders (business, IT, managers, etc.)Analyzing technical constraints and ensuring that solutions remain aligned with the capabilities of the existing infrastructure
Profile Sought
Holder of a Master's degree (Bac +5), with a first successful experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an Agile environmentStrong command of BPMN and /or UML and other modeling languagesExcellent ability to document complex business requirementsRecognized for your rigor, proactivity, and analytical mindsetAbility to build trusted relationships, adapt quickly, and anticipate client needs through active listening
