Position Summary:
The Group Talent Manager plays a key role in shaping Azelis' global talent strategy. This position drives initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee development, and build a robust pipeline of future leaders. Responsibilities include designing and implementing programs for talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance management, ensuring alignment with Azelis' global HR vision and business objectives. The role also champions Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and leads talent process deployment in Workday, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across all regions.

Reporting Line:

* Reports to the Group HR Director

* Scope: Global role covering all Azelis regions

* Direct reports: 4–5 employees

* Functional collaboration: Regional HR Directors, Compensation & Benefits, Workday team

Key Responsibilities:

* Talent Acquisition: Establish and lead a Group Recruitment Center as part of a global business services center to deliver best-in-class global hiring strategies and processes, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent in a consistent way for the 3 regions and the Corporate functions. Identify proper tools and vendors to work with.

* Talent Development: Design and implement global programs for learning, coaching, and mentoring to build organizational capabilities and support career growth; identify proper tools and vendors to work with.

* Employee Value Proposition

* Together with the group compensation and benefits manager, building a unique and compelling "Employee Value Proposition" for Azelis.

* Leadership Development: Develop and execute leadership programs to strengthen the pipeline of future leaders aligned with Azelis' strategic priorities.

* Succession Planning & High-Potential Identification: Lead succession reviews and identify high-potential employees for critical roles.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

* Drive the DEI agenda to ensure that DEI is part of all overall talent plans and programs such as succession planning, development plans, recruitments, promotions, etc. Embed DEI principles into talent processes and foster an inclusive culture across the organization.

* Performance Management: Oversee global performance management processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with company values.

* Compliance: Ensure all talent programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

* Workday Talent Processes: Act as global lead for talent processes in Workday, ensuring accurate configuration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

* 8–10 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR strategy in an international environment.

* Proven ability to design and implement global talent programs and succession planning frameworks.

* Strong understanding of DEI principles and integration into HR strategies.

* Experience with HR technology platforms (Workday preferred).

* Experience on building a social media footprint is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced global environment.

Languages:

* English: Fluent

* Additional languages: a plus
