Job Purpose
Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation, robotics, and image analysis projects within R&D, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and adoption of innovative lab solutions in compliance with GxP and Data Integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure) for automation and robotics initiatives.
Translate scientific and business needs into clear project scope, requirements, and delivery plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Automation, Robotics, IT, QA, CSV, EHS, Procurement, Vendors).
Oversee project governance, timelines, budget, risks, and resources.
Ensure integration, installation, commissioning, and validation (SAT) of equipment and digital solutions.
Guarantee compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, IT Security, and EHS standards.
Prepare and maintain key project documentation (URS, plans, reports, validation).
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and processes.
Profile & Experience
Degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
2–5 years of experience managing technical or digital projects in R&D, pharma, biotech, or automation environments.
Experience with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of lab automation, robotics, or digital lab solutions.
Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and quality/validation frameworks.
