Management Assistant
About the Role
The Management Assistant will provide administrative and management support to the Global Tax team, including calendar management, logistics support for global meetings, and maintenance of online directories. This role involves working independently and collaboratively with international teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance to the Global Tax team, including calendar management and logistics support.
* Assist in maintaining online directories, such as SharePoint lists and document libraries.
* Distribute internal communications from the Global Tax team, including publications and routine data.
* Provide operational and logistics support for various strategic projects and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A high school diploma or university degree, and experience in a management assistance and administrative role in an international environment (minimum 2 years consecutively).
* The ability to work independently and in an international team, organised, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering quality.
* Eagerness to learn and understand different processes, and not afraid to suggest improvements.
* An excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with any international English language test result considered an advantage.
* Knowledge of other languages is an important asset.
* Familiarity with using Microsoft Office 365 suite or equivalent IT skills, with training or skill certification advantageous.
* Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint lists, and document libraries, or at least a clear understanding of cloud-based collaboration platforms.
