Job Description
Lead and develop a team of solution consultants to deliver pre‑sales engagements, including customer meetings, solution design, and proposal preparation.
Oversee tender evaluations, conduct risk assessments during the bidding process, and act as the escalation point for complex pre‑sales matters.
Monitor ICT market developments, analyse customer needs and emerging technologies, and provide strategic insights to support product competitiveness.
Offer technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle, covering creation, enhancement, maintenance, change management, support, and phase‑out planning.
Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of cybersecurity compliance and regulatory requirements across various regions.
Work with the Sales team to design and execute strategic initiatives promoting security-related solutions.
Collaborate with the Legal team to assess technical risks and ensure alignment with relevant industry standards.
Represent the company at industry events, security forums, and public seminars to promote security offerings and share professional knowledge.
Participate in internal and external audits to support ISO certification activities.
Handle assigned ad hoc tasks and special projects.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent disciplines.
At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 5 years in ICT or pre‑sales solution roles; strong familiarity with tender procedures and pre‑sales workflows; strong business sense required.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as UTM/NGFW, WAF, anti‑DDoS, SIEM, and security assessment methodologies.
Demonstrated experience providing consultancy for security architecture design and compliance‑driven security management frameworks.
Solid understanding of major cybersecurity compliance standards including PCI‑DSS, MA guidelines, China Cybersecurity Law, PDPO, and GDPR.
Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISA are required; additional related qualifications are welcomed.
ISO27001 and/or ISO20000 (ITIL) qualifications are advantageous.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and crisis‑management skills.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Willingness to travel overseas when necessary.
