Do you know how to turn incoming interest into meaningful commercial opportunities? At Rubio Monocoat, we are looking for a Technical Inbound Sales Specialist who can follow up leads quickly, qualify opportunities, and support prospects with the right technical and commercial guidance. You understand how to engage architects and exterior wood professionals in a credible way, identify their needs, and help move them from first interest to the right next step.


You will join our marketing team and work together with a team of around 20 professionals. In close collaboration with marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders, you will help ensure that inbound leads are followed up in a structured, technically relevant, and commercially effective way.


What will you do?


In this role, you will be responsible for the follow-up, qualification, and further development of inbound leads, with a strong focus on technical-commercial conversations.


* Lead Follow-up & Qualification
* You follow up inbound leads coming from different digital channels and campaigns. You contact prospects in a timely and professional way, assess their needs, qualify their potential, and determine the right next step.
* Technical Advice & Customer Conversations
* You speak with architects and exterior wood professionals through video calls and other touchpoints. You understand their questions, can discuss wood applications and technical needs in a credible way, and help guide them toward the right solution, expert, or sales follow-up.
* Conversion to Sales Opportunities
* You help turn incoming interest into concrete sales opportunities. You know how to identify commercial potential, qualify leads correctly, and guide them toward the right sales conversation, partner, or next step in the funnel.
* CRM & Lead Management
* You keep lead information accurate and up to date in the CRM. You ensure that lead status, follow-up actions, and outcomes are clearly documented, so the full process remains transparent and structured.
* Sales & Marketing Alignment
* You work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to improve lead quality, feedback loops, and conversion. You help identify recurring questions, objections, and opportunities that can strengthen campaigns, nurturing flows, and commercial follow-up.


Who are you?


* You have experience in inside sales, technical sales, sales support, lead qualification, or another commercially driven role.
* You have a technical background in wood, wood protection, wood applications, or a related field.
* You are comfortable speaking with architects, specifiers, and exterior wood professionals.
* You are able to combine technical credibility with a commercial mindset.
* You know how to qualify opportunities and ask the right questions to understand customer needs.
* You work accurately and understand the importance of strong CRM discipline and follow-up.
* You communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally.
* You are well organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up actions at the same time.
* You enjoy working closely with both marketing and sales teams.
* You have a professional command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
