We’ve reached 1,000+ customers and are entering a new stage of growth. To fuel this momentum, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who owns paid acquisition end-to-end, moves fast, and uses AI to work smarter.


🚀 What You’ll Own

* Paid Advertising (Your Core Focus): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta – from strategy to execution to optimization
* Campaign Strategy: Build targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bid management that drive qualified leads
* Ad Creative & Copy: Write high-converting ad copy and brief freelancers/designers for creative production
* Testing & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests on audiences, ad variants, and conversion paths
* Performance Analysis: Build dashboards, track attribution, and report weekly on what’s working
* Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page tests to improve conversion
* AI-First Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate copy creation, analysis, reporting, and creative briefs


✅ What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising in B2B SaaS
* Proven track record managing paid campaigns that delivered measurable leads or pipeline growth
* Platform expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
* Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
* AI-first mindset – you ask “how can AI help me do this faster?” before doing it manually
* Data-driven approach – comfortable with A/B testing, CRO, and performance analytics
* Comfortable briefing creatives – you don’t need to be a designer, but you know what makes ads convert
* Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environment
* You're comfortable in HubSpot and love a good dashboard
