This role is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring and coaching to meet their unique business requirements. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join an established but still fast-growing organization. /ph3Job Specifics/responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants. /liliAct as trusted Technical Advisor/Expert. /liliImplement functionalities to meet customer requirements using the front-end and back-end capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. /liliImplement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, whether on cloud or on premise (ex: SSO, SAP, other ITSM applications, etc.), using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices, JDBC, LDAP, etc. /liliProduce technical documentation. /li /ulh3Working Relationships /h3pAs technical consultant you could be individual assigned with clients or working in teams together with direct DXC colleagues and very likely with colleagues from other DXC countries. You will be working with different people at clients to help them with their ServiceNow challenges and successful implementations. You will be working with: /ppbDXC: /b /pulliServiceNow Solution Consultants /liliBusiness Analysts /liliProject Managers /liliServiceNow Architects /liliOther ServiceNow Technical Consultants. /li /ulpbClients: /b /pulliMain stakeholders such as Product Owners, Customer Subject Matter Experts, and customer architects. /liliCustomer developers and IT technical staff. /liliServiceNow support team and Technical Experts. /li /ulh3What You Bring With You /h3pbEducation (degree) and professional experience required: /b /pulliBachelor/master’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience /liliRelevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD SecOps and/or other topics) /liliExperience in consulting external customers. /liliKnowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL /li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pulli(Strong) experience in the full life cycle of Software Development, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing and go-live. /liliExperience in system performance analysis and documentation. /liliExperience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules. /liliMastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS with ServiceNow. /liliScripting proficiency in ServiceNow Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, background scripts. /liliExpertise in creating and configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflow editor, email notifications and managing data under ServiceNow support administration. /liliExpertise in writing test plans, test scripts, test cases and generating reports in defect report tools from the market. /li /ulpbPersonal Skills And Qualities /b /pulliStrong personal commitment to quality service /liliGood to have experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role. /liliHighly focused on customer satisfaction /liliAbility to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts. /liliCurious and self-learner /liliAbility to assume leadership and work without direct supervision. /liliStrong interpersonal communication skills and like working with customers in problem solving mode. /liliCapacity to travel which will be necessary but is not integral to this position. /liliFluent in Dutch or French and English. /li /ulpAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
