As a Senior Project Manager - Medical Affairs Evidence Generation at ICON, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of project objectives. /ppThis role is fully embedded with a hugely innovative Biotech where pioneering scientists and antibody engineers work side-by-side to accelerate the discovery of novel targets, disease pathways and differentiated therapeutic antibodies within Immunology. /ph3What You Will Be Doing /h3ulliDeveloping and executing project plans, focusing on achieving project goals and objectives. /liliLooking for extremely strong project management skills; with broad exposure to medical affairs process – Good skills in Planisware/ One pager/ MS project is highly advantageous here. /liliExperience working on post approval, phase 4 and RWE studies essential /liliLeading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of project activities. /liliCollaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and define project scope. /liliMentoring and guiding team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. /liliDriving the development of project documentation and reports to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. /liliStaying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into project management strategies. /liliContributing to organizational growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliA bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliExtensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. /liliStrong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective project strategies. /liliDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively. /liliExceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. /liliDetail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. /li /ulh3What ICON can offer you /h3pOur success depends on the quality of our people.
