Freelance Expert Cloud Microsoft 365 Engineer - Long Term
We are looking for an Expert Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and support a secure and modern Microsoft 365 environment. The role focuses on core M365 services, device management with Intune, and integration with hybrid identity and on-premise infrastructure. You will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric cloud workplace solutions.
Responsibilities
* Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online (SPO), Microsoft Teams, and related workloads.
* Ensure high availability, performance, and security of M365 platforms.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues across messaging, collaboration, and identity services.
* Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
* Implement device compliance, application protection policies, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM).
* Support Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and corporate device strategies.
* Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and hybrid identity solutions.
* Configure and support AAD Connect for synchronisation between on-premise Active Directory and Azure AD.
* Administer Windows Server environments, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
