Here's what you'll do:
* Inventory management: You accurately process inventory receipts, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. Work with SAP and ERP software.
* Handle biohazard products: You safely manage blood bags, viral vectors, and other materials, following strict protocols for repacking and labeling.
* Work in extreme conditions: You operate with materials stored at cryogenic temperatures (LN2, dry ice) using PPE and strict safety procedures.
* Documentation & compliance: You maintain detailed logs to meet GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment.
* Support operations & quality: You collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production and timely material delivery.
* Sterile work environment: You wear dedicated protective gear and maintain cleanliness per strict protocols.
* Training & improvement: You engage in ongoing training and help refine SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials.
* Procurement support: You assist with procurement, maintaining records and resolving issues efficiently.
* Education: You have a secondary education diploma or a bachelors' degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Management.
* Experience: We offer extensive, in-house training, after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.
* Languages: You are fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
* Strengths: You are highly detail-oriented with strong administrative skills. You like to work independently, and you excel at prioritizing and multitasking. You have a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
* Expertise: You communicate clearly and openly, and you are a true team player. You know your way around in Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
