As a Team Lead, you will make an impact by You'll lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery by motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets. You will be a valued member of the Media Sales Support team and work collaboratively with manager.

In this role, you will:

Team Leadership and Development : Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members. You'll foster a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and accountability, and proactively address performance behaviors by implementing improvement plans to drive success.

Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. You will inspire the team to think creatively and adopt innovative sales approaches, and identify opportunities to scale sales programs and maximize impact.

Operational Excellence : Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. You'll monitor key metrics (e.g., Engagement Score, Adoption, Pitch Rate,etc.) and drive improvements through data-driven decisions. Streamline processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity.

Strategic Insights and Reporting : Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. You'll deliver clear, concise, and meaningful reports to stakeholders, with a focus on solutions, and ensure Business Reviews include actionable recommendations and a compelling narrative.

Client and Cross-functional Collaboration : Serve as a key liaison between the team, clients, and internal stakeholders. You'll work with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and implement best practices, and lead the team in building strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention.


Work model

For onsite roles

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - SP.

The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations


Qualifications

Experience & Results : proven track record of inspiring a team and driving results in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can handle high expectations while maintaining a productive and positive team atmosphere.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving : A high degree of adaptability is essential to align with leadership expectations and company goals. You must also be able to navigate challenging dynamics with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills : You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members.

Technical Proficiency : You'll need strong skills in Sheets and Slides for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Language Fluency : Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese are required.


Additional qualifications

Digital marketing certificate.

Google Ads experience/knowledge.

Strategic & Analytical Skills : You have a keen ability to not just monitor metrics, but to analyze them to uncover strategic opportunities. You can translate complex data into a clear narrative for your team and stakeholders.

Mentorship & Development : Beyond providing feedback, you're a true mentor who is invested in the long-term career growth of your team members. You can identify potential and develop it.

Adaptability : You thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and can quickly pivot strategies in response to business changes or new challenges.

Previous Sales Experience : Experience in a sales or account management role is highly desirable, as it provides firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities your team faces.

Positive Influence : You're known for maintaining a positive and motivating team atmosphere, even when facing high expectations.
