About Our Client
Our client is an internationally expanding company. The organisation is entrepreneurial by nature, growing through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. As part of its next growth phase, the company is creating its first in-house legal position to structure and professionalise its legal operations.
This role is based in Limburg (near Hasselt).
Responsibilities
Organisation and coordination of corporate housekeeping
Drafting and negotiation of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
Legal support in M&A transactions
Acting as the main point of contact for external lawyers
Qualifications
Belgian Master in Law
Qualified lawyer or experienced in-house legal counsel
Fluent in Dutch and English
Solid experience with corporate law and transactions
Comfortable working autonomously as a sole legal professional
Pragmatic, business-oriented and structured
Confident interacting with senior management and external advisors
