As a Junior Key Account Manager your responsibilities are:
* Managing relationships with key clients of your own markets.
* Lead annual negotiations and build smart, ambitious joint business plans with distributors & retailers.
* Design and execute promo & activation calendars that deliver growth.
* Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales, the category and the branding team.
* Be present in your markets: visiting customers & stores, understanding shoppers, spotting opportunities.
* Represent the company at trade shows, events, and partner meetings.
A successful Junior Key Account Manager should have:
* A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in sales, account management, or the FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to work with sales data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* A valid driving license as a company car is provided.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
