At WeShareTrust (formerly Aviquali), we organize product testing campaigns for various brands.
Our tester community is mainly based in France, but we have been present in Belgium and the Netherlands for over a year now, and need someone to supervise our Dutch-speaking community.
We are looking for a Flemish Customer Service Agent to assist our Belgian Dutch-speaking testers and ensure the quality of published reviews.
Main responsibilities:
* Moderate tester applications on our platform (applications in Dutch, back-office in French which can be translated into English with Chrome)
* Follow up with testers by email and phone: reminders, assistance, and campaign monitoring
* Moderate reviews in Dutch according to our moderation guidelines
* Check the visibility of reviews on selected e-commerce websites
* Provide customer support related to our secondhand products
Objective:
Supervise around 50 reviews per month, representing an average workload of 5 hours per week, which may vary depending on campaign activity and urgency.
Requirements:
* Daily connection required to manage moderation and support (hours spread throughout the week, not in a single day)
* Fluent English, both spoken and written
* Strong organizational skills and autonomy
* Previous experience in customer support, moderation, or community management is a plus
