Responsibilities
* Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
* Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
* Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements
* Lead functional discussions and client workshops during project kickoff and throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Collaborate with clients to gather payroll configuration details for completion of Strada Pay workbooks.
* Identify and document deviations from Strada Pay product and process standards.
* Partner with the Strada Product team to configure and tailor the payroll solution to meet client requirements.
* Validate payroll system configuration and integrations during various project testing phases.
* Perform comprehensive data validations within the payroll platform and across integrated systems.
* Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve defects and integration issues.
* Contribute to the project plan, including task tracking and status updates.
* Support data mapping, validations, and issue resolution across all systems.
* Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), parallel testing, and post-go-live activities.
* Define and implement workarounds where required, ensuring minimal impact to the client.
* Drive knowledge transfer to operational payroll and delivery support teams.
* Ensure smooth handover to ongoing application support for payroll solution maintenance.
* Proven experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.
* Deep understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations in the specified country (e.g., tax, labor laws, statutory requirements).
* Experience managing the end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Ability to capture, document, and articulate client requirements clearly and concisely.
* Creative and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across various business levels.
* Skilled in evaluating alternative solutions, considering feasibility and cost implications.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
