Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and analytically minded CRM & Data Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM platform (HubSpot), and to support digital, IT and Customer Experience (CX) initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth customer journey, efficient conversion workflows, and a data-driven marketing approach.
About 70% of the function is dedicated to managing HubSpot CRM, with the rest spent supporting digital tools, customer experience, and analytics initiatives.
Key responsibilities
CRM Management (HubSpot) – 70%
* Manage and maintain HubSpot across teams and activities, aligned with business processes.
* Define and implement nurturing strategies to engage leads and customers throughout their entire customer journey.
* Setting up and managing email campaigns: segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
* Design, optimize and monitor workflows and pipelines for lead management, conversion and after-sales.
* Management of HubSpot integrations with other digital tools (website, marketing tools, etc.).
* Structure and further develop the data model within the CRM (custom properties, objects, pipelines, etc.) for consistency, scalability, and relevance.
* Ensure data quality (cleanup, deduplication) and compliance with data protection standards (e.g. GDPR).
Digital & IT solutions
* Acting as a business specialist for evaluation, implementation and maintenance of digital tools and IT solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, operational efficiencies, and digital platforms.
* Management of tools and platforms used by teams (e.g. website CMS, marketing tools, internal tools, etc.).
Customer Experience (CX)
* Management of NPS surveys and associated dashboards and reporting.
* Monitoring survey performance to ensure reliable and representative customer feedback.
* Developing new methods to collect customer insights, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
* Customer feedback analysis to identify frictions, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to prioritize and implement data-driven CX improvements.
Data Analytics
* Defining and managing tracking and analysis methods on digital platforms.
* Ensuring accurate collection of behavioral and engagement data to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to determine KPIs and reporting needs.
* Use of data to refine customer segmentation, enrich profiles and measure campaign effectiveness.
* Contribute to a 360° customer view by integrating data into CRM and BI tools.
Required skills
* Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (certificates are a plus).
* In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation and workflow design.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing (content, design, A/B testing, analytics).
* Knowledge of customer journeys and marketing lifecycle.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Comfortable in a dynamic environment with cross-team interactions.
Desired skills
* Analytically minded, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Experience with digital tools (e.g., Medallia, Trustpilot, CMS, etc.).
* Knowledge of API integrations and/or participation in CRM migration projects.
* Understanding UX/CX principles.
* Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
