We are looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our Staff Augmentation team in Belgium.
Your role:
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to source the best fitting candidate for each request, coming directly from the European Institutions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Sourcing candidates via internal and external CV databases.
2. Create and post job advertisements on job boards.
3. Use social media like LinkedIn, Twitter to engage candidates and be the employer of choice.
4. Screen and analyse incoming CV’s from applicants.
5. Conduct interviews, face to face and / or by phone.
6. Follow up the recruitment process.
7. Prepare CV’s to send to our clients.
8. Update and maintain our database.
9. Follow up & build relationship with the consultants who will be assigned to you.

Your profile:
10. You understand the staffing / recruitment market and you have experience in this sector as a recruiter, preferably in IT.
11. You are business savvy / have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions.
12. You are creative in finding the best candidates for each position.
13. You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines.
14. You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed.
15. You can have to-the-point telephone conversations and can negotiate salaries / daily rates with candidates without hesitations.
16. You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals.
17. You speak fluent English. French / Dutch and / or any other language is an asset.
18. Experience in the “European Institutions market” is an asset.
19. You are ambitious and driven.
