Public Affairs Director — Forward Global Forward Global is an international risk and reputation management advisory firm delivering custom solutions for clients worldwide. The firm has more than 450 advisors with backgrounds in international strategy, government relations & public affairs, communications, policy, and digital content creation. Offices are located in Washington, D.C., Miami, Paris, Brussels, Montreal, London, and Abidjan. Our Brussels office (50+ staff) focuses on European public affairs, supporting businesses and organizations across sectors such as tech, telecommunications, creative industries, transport, agri-food, chemicals, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, services, and security/defense. Main Responsibilities Strong expertise and established network with EU policymakers and stakeholders; track record of successfully managing and delivering public affairs campaigns Outstanding advisory skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Design and implement comprehensive public affairs programs that align with client and organizational goals Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives Profile You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Affairs, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field You have 5-10 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, corporate communications, or a similar role, with proven leadership experience in managing teams and structuring internal processes You have a strong understanding of European regulation and the regulatory process You have strong client relationship management skills with a track record of delivering results You are a strategic thinker, demonstrate good social skills, and are able to build momentum in a campaign You have an excellent level of English.
