o Guarantee the cybersecurity of our applications and environments by ensuring that they are optimally secured.
o Participate in the digitalization, modernization and implementation of modern, mobile, secure and efficient systems.
o Provide support, maintenance and ICT technical expertise for products supported by the Services Division to enable Integrated Policing users to carry out their missions efficiently and effectively
o Ensure the reporting of activities to the project manager or ICT manager
o Provide support during the roll-out of IT applications for the benefit of the integrated police
o Assistance and support in the configuration of One PCs for the benefit of embedded police users
o Support the implementation of operational information systems as part of 2nd line support
o Provide technical information and answers to users.
o Be the referent on second-line technical support aspects
o Coordinate the execution of technical tasks, activities and procedures
o Carry out technical analyses and formulate opinions.
o Provide technical support
o Prioritize tasks
o Keep up to date with the ICT management products used at GPI.
o Participate in a 7am-5pm permanence
