The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for end users, delivering high-quality IT support services and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of IT equipment while ensuring efficient use of business systems and minimizing operational disruptions. Key Responsibilities End-User Support * Provide first-line and on-site technical support for end users across desktop and laptop environments. * Act as a single point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. * Deliver prompt and effective support through in-person assistance, phone, or remote access. Hardware & Software Support * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. * Support and maintain Microsoft Office and other authorized desktop applications. * Install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and Mac devices. * Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Specialized Equipment Support * Provide technical support for self-service kiosks, ticketing machines, payment terminals, and scanning devices. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to specialized hardware used in operational environments. Maintenance & Troubleshooting * Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs. * Ensure systems and devices are maintained to optimal performance levels. * Escalate complex technical issues when required while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Service Delivery * Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high customer service standards. * Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures as part of the support process.
