The RoleThis is a true 360° sales position with full ownership of your territory and customer portfolio. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing reseller and integrator accounts.
Key responsibilities include:Proactively prospecting and acquiring new customers within the Belgian marketManaging and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategiesOwning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closeManaging pipeline, quotations, and CRM reportingConducting customer meetings and delivering commercial presentationsWorking closely with pre-sales and internal technical teamsAchieving revenue and margin targetsThe focus is on sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships.
About YouBachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experienceProven B2B sales experience (IT, distribution, or channel experience is advantageous)Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindsetComfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environmentResults-driven, proactive, and eager to growFluent in Dutch and English (French is beneficial)
