Our client: they help brands and retailers digitize and orchestrate their physical spaces through a cloud-based platform used in more than 25 countries worldwide.


They are a fast-growing technology company with global ambitions, operating at the intersection of SaaS, retail technology and digital transformation. As they continue to scale, they are looking for talented people who enjoy building, improving and making things happen.



Position Overview

They are looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on Business Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the company across multiple corporate functions.


This is not a traditional administrative role. They are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, improving processes and ensuring that things get done.


The role provides operational support across Finance, Legal, Office Management, Facilities, Logistics, Vendor Management and selected People Operations initiatives.


You will work closely with the Head of Finance and collaborate with multiple departments across the organization.



Requirements:

Experience in any of the following areas will be considered a plus:

* SaaS or technology companies


Ofrecen:

* Modelo híbrido en Barcelona (3 días en oficina CP 08028 y 2 en remoto).
* 40 horas por semana (desde 8 am a 18 pm de lunes a viernes: horario flexible).
* Rol estratégico dentro de una compañía tecnológica en pleno crecimiento.
* Alta visibilidad e impacto directo en el proceso de expansión internacional.
* Posibilidad real de evolución interna, incluso hacia posiciones con mayor responsabilidad comercial.

* Paquete retributivo competitivo acorde a la experiencia aportada: 30-35k€ gross/year.
