We are looking for an experienced EHS Supervisor to support high‑criticality data center projects. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) policies on complex construction sites, working closely with construction teams and subcontractors.

Your Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards.
* Implement and enforce EHS procedures on site.
* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors to guarantee a safe working environment.
* Participate in site meetings and safety reviews.
* Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
* Train and raise awareness among teams on EHS best practices.
Your Profile
Experience
* 5 to 10 years of experience in health and safety on construction sites.
* At least 2 to 3 years working on data center or other critical infrastructure projects.
Technical knowledge
* Civil engineering works (earthworks, reinforced concrete, foundations).
* MEP systems: high‑voltage electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection systems.
* Complex environments involving multiple subcontractors and tight deadlines.
Work environment
* Experience working under a main contractor or within a safety management structure similar to a main contractor.
