Fulfillment Integration Specialist
The Inbound Seller Support Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the first stage of our fulfillment process by effectively onboarding external partners and their product catalogs into our value chain. This critical position involves managing the integration of third-party partners into Decathlon's logistics, transportation, and aftersales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor end-to-end integration of external partners into our fulfillment service and establish relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage and communicate with various stakeholders, including logistics, commerce, tech, product, data, and finance teams
* Own the contract signature process and communicate weekly on integration progress
* E nsure smooth physical and digital onboarding of 3P products in our warehouses
* Improve fulfillment general terms of logistics and implement a weight and dimensioning machine
* Train and communicate frequently about inbound SOPs to all stakeholders
Requirements:
* A Master of Science in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
* 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or in a marketplace environment
* Knowledge of SQL
* Good communication skills (oral and written) in English; a second language is a plus
