Then this Key Account Manager role at Samsung is the perfect challenge for you!Role and ResponsibilitiesHow You Make a Difference As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key retail accounts, like large electronic retailers. You will build strong client relationships, ensure the execution of strategic business plans, and ensure that the product mix and availability meet client needs. You are the first point of contact both internally and externally. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to analyze market opportunities and contribute to Samsung’s growth in the market.Key Responsibilities Manage key retail and online accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.Develop and maintain strategic (annual) and tactical (quarterly) business plans to meet sales targets.Handle client meetings, ensure the correct product mix, and maintain product availability according to company guidelines.Analyze sales data, monitor sales processes, and prepare performance reports for each account.Implement marketing actions and discounts aimed at increasing brand awareness and boosting sales.Manage the sales budget and ensure funds are spent according to company guidelines.Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and order processing, to meet customer needs.Skills and QualificationsWhat Are Your Assets As a Key Account Manager, you bring a customer-focused and analytical mindset. You are capable of working independently and taking initiative to achieve goals.
