Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to lead the expansion of our SaaS-based mobility solutions across the Belgian market. This is a pivotal role focused on new business acquisition, market development, and establishing a strong commercial footprint in a fast-growing sector.

You will take ownership of building pipeline, closing strategic deals, and shaping our go-to-market strategy across Belgium's diverse and multilingual business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

* Market Development:
* Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy across both Flemish and Walloon regions
* New Business Acquisition:
* Identify, engage, and close new enterprise and mid-market customers across key sectors (fleets, municipalities, real estate, transport, and mobility providers)
* Pipeline Management:
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound conversion
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Engage with senior decision-makers across Belgium in both Dutch- and French-speaking regions
* Consultative Selling:
* Understand client challenges and position tailored SaaS mobility solutions that deliver clear ROI
* Partnership Development:
* Establish relationships with local partners, industry bodies, and ecosystem players to accelerate growth
* Market Intelligence:
* Provide insights on regional differences, customer needs, regulatory factors, and competitor activity
* Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and onboarding

Requirements

* Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within mobility, energy, transport, or smart city solutions
* Demonstrated experience in new market entry or territory build-out
* Strong understanding of the Belgian commercial landscape
* Fluency in both Dutch and French (essential), with strong English communication skills
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
* Ability to operate autonomously with a strong hunter mentality
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and cultures
