To support its commercial growth, the company is looking for a Sales Support Engineer who will act as the technical backbone of the sales team, bridging engineering expertise and customer solutions in an international environment.
Job Description
As a Sales Support Engineer, your responsibilities are:
* Provide technical support to sales teams in Belgium and internationally
* Analyze customer requirements, specifications, and tender documents
* Select appropriate UPS systems and technical options
* Coordinate technical inputs with internal engineering experts
* Prepare technical documentation for commercial offers
* Support pricing and delivery estimations with production teams
* Participate in client meetings, site visits, and occasional travel
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools and processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Support Engineer should have:
* Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering (Electrical or Electromechanical)
* Strong background in electrical systems; mechanical knowledge is a plus
* Experience in UPS, power generation, energy systems, or similar fields
* Fluent in English, French is a plus
* Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented mindset
* Strong team spirit and customer‑focused approach
* Comfortable working autonomously in a small, agile organization
