For a public services client, as a Service Designer you will design and structure end-to-end digital service experiences, from user research to solution validation. Your role focuses on ensuring services are coherent, usable, and aligned with strategic objectives while maintaining a high level of service quality.. You work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and users to shape and validate service concepts in a digital environment.
Your responsibilities include
* Understanding user needs and client expectations through qualitative and quantitative research.
* Translating research insights into clear service and experience concepts.
* Designing and modelling user and service journeys, including personas, customer journeys, and service blueprints.
* Co-creating solutions with stakeholders, project teams, and users through workshops and collaborative sessions.
* Producing wireframes, prototypes, and test scenarios to validate service concepts.
* Ensuring consistency and quality of the user experience across all touchpoints.
* Supporting development teams by promoting UX, service design, and accessibility best practices.
* Contributing to continuous evaluation of solutions through testing, metrics, and analysis.
* Applying applicable information security rules throughout the design and validation process.
What are we looking for?
* You have proven experience as a
Service Designer
or in a closely related role.
* You have hands-on experience conducting
user research
, both qualitative and quantitative.
* You have experience designing
end-to-end service and user journeys

* You are able to translate complex user and business needs into structured service concepts.
* You have experience facilitating
co-creation and strategic workshops

* You are familiar with
Agile delivery environments
