We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to help design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions that drive meaningful change in the medical technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support diagnostic tools, predictive analytics, and patient monitoring systems. Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to develop solutions that enhance medical decision-making and patient care. Research and apply cutting-edge techniques in computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive modeling to healthcare data. Ensure models meet data privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards (GDPR, MDR, etc.). Optimize algorithms for scalability and integration into MedTech platforms. Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance through validation and retraining. Document processes, findings, and model decisions with clarity and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience developing and deploying ML models Strong programming skills in Python or Java. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
