Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries related to air freight shipments

Coordinate bookings, documentation, and follow-up with airlines and cargo handlers
*
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding shipment status, delays, or issues
*
Liaise with internal departments (operations, sales, customs) to ensure seamless service
*
Handle complaints or service disruptions with professionalism and efficiency
*
Maintain and update shipment records in internal systems
*
Support billing and invoicing processes related to cargo movements
Your Profile:
*
Proven experience in air freight, cargo and more specifically in a customer service role
*
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
*
Fluent in French and English; basic Dutch is a plus
*
Familiarity with cargo systems and documentation (AWB, customs clearance, etc.)
*
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
*
