📑 Your responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via email and phone
* Register and report deviations in aircraft handling
* Distribute documents and goods to the correct departments
* Handle documents in our own software program (Cargospot)
* Identify anomalies and prepare documents
* Maintain safety and quality standards
* Guide and train new employees
* Welcome drivers and direct them to the correct loading docks
📌 What we expect from you:
* In possession of a secondary school diploma
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Flexibility to work in three shifts (including weekends and holidays)
* Focus on customer satisfaction and quality
* Proactive, communicative, and responsible
* Adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines
